3 measurement methods1. Point measurementMeasure the distance to the target (point) by aligning the distance to the measurement target with the center of the viewfinder. 2. Pin Search Measurement (Pin Search Assistance Function): First, measure the object behind the pin (such as a tree). Once the provisional distance is displayed, slowly move the pin flag so that it is centered on the crosshairs. When the crosshairs are aligned with the pin, the measurement is complete with a vibration. The displayed distance is the distance to the pin. 3. Scan Measurement: This is a useful function for knowing the distance to various targets such as bunkers, creeks, and trees at once. Measures continuously for 10 seconds. Estimated Distance Display: Displays the estimated distance calculated using Shot Navi's unique algorithm. For shots with elevation differences, the actual estimated distance is automatically calculated and displayed, taking into account the measured straight-line distance and elevation information for uphill and downhill shots. * Elevation measurement can be turned on/off by holding the mode switch button for 3 seconds. Competition Mode: Press and hold the MODE button to turn off elevation difference (estimated distance) information and illuminate the blue LED on the side of the unit. Safe for competitive use.
