[Product Introduction]
Aoshima 1/24 The Model Car No.5 Toyota AE86 Sprinter Trueno GT-APEX '85. The AE86 Trueno, which was released in May 1983, dared to adopt an FR layout at a time when front-wheel drive was the norm, and the engine was also changed from the previous generation's 2T-G to the newly developed 4A-G. Along with its sibling Levin, there are two body variations: a 3-door hatchback and a 2-door coupe. The model name changes depending on the engine, and it is divided into two types: AE86 for cars equipped with 4A-G, and AE85 for cars equipped with 1500cc 3A-U, and its popularity remains undiminished to this day. Trueno's biggest feature, the ``retractable headlights'' can be opened and closed, and the suspension is reproduced using springs.The tail lamps and blinkers come with molded window frame masking stickers in clear red and clear orange. *The image shown is a prototype.
