TOMYTEC 1/12 Little Armory Type 20 5.56mm rifle. Howa Kogyo's automatic rifle [HOWA5.56] was adopted by the Japanese Self-Defense Force in 2020. The official name is Type 20 5.56mm rifle. Its greatest features are excellent drainage and environmental resistance, which are ideal for defending remote islands. The main body is both strong and light thanks to a combination of aluminum alloy and reinforced resin, and is equipped with a lightweight hand guard and a stock that can be adjusted to suit the user's physique and equipment. It has the elements required of modern firearms at a high level, such as thorough ambidextrous operation so that it can be operated from either the left or right side. It is also noteworthy that although it has a shorter barrel than the Type 89, it has the same or higher accuracy. This kit was created with the permission of Howa Kogyo Co., Ltd., based on research conducted at the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force Weapons School.
