TAMIYA 1/35 Military Miniature Series No.364 German anti-tank self-propelled gun Marder IIIM (Normandy Front). T35364MM German Mada 3 released in February 2019
[Product introduction]
TAMIYA 1/35 Military Miniature Series No.364 German anti-tank self-propelled gun Marder IIIM (Normandy Front). Marder III M, which is equipped with a powerful 7.5cm anti-tank gun on the body of a 38(t) light tank, reappears with Normandy Front markings. The crawler track is a new partially connected type to realistically express the slack at the top. A new set includes 3 dolls and 1 half-length figure of the crew preparing to shoot. Equipment such as a helmet has been added to the one doll that came with the conventional kit.
[The anti-tank gun that tenaciously supported the German army]
The German anti-tank self-propelled gun Marder III was developed in three types based on the body of the Czech-made 38(t) light tank. The final model, the M model, appeared in May 1943, following the 7.62cm Pak36 gun equipped with a main gun captured and improved from the Soviet army, and the H model equipped with a 7.5cm Pak40 gun. While inheriting the same main gun as the H-type, its main features are that the engine was moved to the center of the vehicle and the fighting compartment was placed at the rear. Even in the Battle of Normandy, which began in June 1944, it demonstrated its power in ambush attacks. This is a plastic model assembly kit of the German military anti-tank self-propelled gun, Marder IIIM. 1/35 scale. Total length 149.5mm, total width 61mm. The fearless figure held low is realistically modeled. The interior of the battle compartment also has a three-dimensional finish. The track is a partially connected type with straight parts integrated. There are 12 shells that can be stored in the rack. The heat dissipation cover of the muffler is expressed with photo-etched parts. Includes 4 full-body figures, 1 half-body figure, and 2 types of decals, including crew members preparing to shoot. Modeled with a fearless figure equipped with a 7.5cm Pak40 gun on an open-top car body. You can also feel the tension of preparing to shoot. The three full-body figures of the commander, gunner, and loader have been created using digital modeling technology to create natural poses, as well as the texture of their clothes and facial expressions. The track is a partially connected type with straight parts integrated. The characteristic sagging of the upper part and the guide horn's thinning are realistically reproduced. Inside the battle compartment, parts such as the main gun loading section and radio equipment are made into parts to give a sense of density. 12 shells that can be stored in the shell rack are also available. A half-length portrait of the driver looking ahead is also included. The details on the back of the hatch, spare tracks, and exterior equipment are also highlights. The heat dissipation cover of the muffler attached to the rear of the vehicle is a photo-etched part. Sharp expression enhances the sense of precision. The full-length armored grenadier standing outside the vehicle wears a helmet and is equipped with an MP40 submachine gun.
