Japan's first purely domestic anti-tank missile is the Type 64 anti-tank guided missile, commonly known as "64MAT". It is a wired guided missile that can be guided to the target's weak point by the shooter's control even after firing, and was initially equipped on a Type 73 light truck and deployed to divisional anti-tank corps, and later to anti-tank platoons of regular regiments. This kit reproduces this 64MAT with a new mold. The dedicated mount for the Type 73 light truck, the guidance control aircraft, and the ATM-1B guided missile body are also precisely reproduced.
