This is KATO's completed N gauge vehicle, the E233 series 3000 series Tokaido Line/Ueno-Tokyo Line Basic Set (4 cars).
The coupling couplers at the front of cars 10 and 11 have been changed to KATO close-coupled couplers (without hooks) + electric couplers, and a slotless motor has been adopted for power.
You can enjoy the atmosphere of the bustling Ueno-Tokyo Line, where various trains pass by, including the E231 series, and express trains such as the E259 series, E261 series, and E257 series that operate on the same line.
The E16 + E66 formation belonging to the Kozu Rolling Stock Center is now available. The characteristics of the JR East Niitsu Rolling Stock Works-manufactured body are accurately reproduced, and the difference in the bead (ridge-shaped protrusion) on the roof is expressed (except for green cars). The head/tail lights and front display of each leading car are lit. Car No. 10 (Kuha E233-3016) and Car No. 11 (Kuha E232-3516) are equipped with a light-off switch. The leading coupling of Car No. 1 and Car No. 15 uses a dummy coupler, and the leading coupling of Car No. 10 and Car No. 11 uses a KATO coupler close-coupled type (without hook), and an electric coupler is included. In addition, one coupler and one electric coupler are included for coupling with previous products. The intermediate coupling section is equipped with a body-mounted KATO coupler close-coupled type as standard. A realistic coupling surface and smooth running are achieved. Destination display printed. A replacement front display "Local/Ueno-Tokyo Line Utsunomiya Line Direct" is included. The use of a slotless motor allows for smooth and quiet running. *Model trains are powered by the rails.
