The hour, minute and second scales are all concentrated within the dial, while the UTC time difference display, which indicates the time zone, is placed on the side of the bezel, adopting a design concept as a full-fledged chronograph that pursues the "readability" of the stopwatch function.
The matte finish dial base reduces light reflection and ensures excellent visibility.
The gold-colored accents, which express the "brilliance" of the many products born under the name of SEIKO through technological innovation over the past century, are used on the chronograph's totalizer hands, counter circle, and even the chronograph start/stop button.
