Nishikiori Kazukiyo, who is also active as a stage director, has taken on the works of singer-songwriter Yanase Nana, whose music he has used in his stage productions for many years, in this cover album. The connection between the two began with their encounter with the cheering song "Makenai Towel," created immediately after the Great East Japan Earthquake, and continued for approximately 10 years, leading to numerous songs that graced Nishikiori's productions. This album includes five songs by Nana Yanase, including one used on stage for the first time. These songs, which quietly contemplate human pain, kindness, and hope, are carefully woven together with Nishikiori's uniquely warm singing voice. The recording took place in Nara Prefecture. Nana Yanase's support members gathered for the performance and recording, capturing the unpretentious, natural atmosphere and rich warmth as it is. Rather than flashy embellishments, this album makes you feel anew the power of songs to gently accompany the joys and sorrows of life. After listening to it, you are left with a gentle feeling, as if you have received the word "thank you" as a souvenir. (C)RS Recording Information 《1 disc, 5 tracks》 1. Sakura 2. Taro 3.
