・This is the PLUG DRL+ OBD Daytime Running Light Controller series [for MINI], PL3-DRL-M001 from CodeTech.
・Changes the genuine LED position lamps to daytime running lights and allows the door mirrors to be folded with one touch when the door lock is activated.
・Coding for the above two items is possible, but it is also possible to install only one item according to your preference.
・Insert into the vehicle's OBDII port. Coding is complete when the light changes from blinking green to solid yellow. To revert to the original state, insert it again. The process is complete when the light changes from blinking green to solid blue.
・The main unit case has a built-in DIP switch and a recovery mode, so you can return the vehicle to its state before inserting this product.
・It is managed by the vehicle's VIN, so it cannot be used on other vehicles.
・This product is made in Japan and comes with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty.
※Normally, the door mirrors fold when you long-press the vehicle key or door lock button (including comfort access), but with this product, the mirrors will fold almost simultaneously with locking the doors. (Depending on the vehicle, you may need to press and hold a little longer.)
※For vehicles where the daytime running lights ON/OFF option appears in the vehicle's settings screen, please also check on the screen. If the daytime running lights are not enabled, turn the key OFF once, wait for about 30 seconds, and then repeat from step 1.
※After installing PLUG DRL+, your previously set memory may be reset, so please reconfigure as needed.
*Depending on the vehicle model, the daytime running lights may not illuminate immediately after installation. In that case, a daytime running light item will be added to the vehicle's settings screen. The daytime running lights will not illuminate unless the checkbox is unchecked by default, so please check the box and confirm that the daytime running lights illuminate.
*After installing this product, the ambient lights may temporarily not illuminate, or the ETC may temporarily not work, and other electrical systems may become temporarily unusable. In that case, lock the vehicle doors, leave the vehicle until it goes into deep sleep (a state where the power is completely off), and then unlock the doors to reset and return to the original state. This is a specification of the vehicle's computer.
