Shimano [B64L] A baitcasting model designed for open streams to midstream areas and large lake fish. This baitcasting model was developed to catch main-stream cherry salmon, Satsuki trout, and large 50cm class rainbow trout in open streams to midstream areas and lakes. The blank combines a flexible tubular tip [Soft Tube Top] that reduces missed bites with a stiff belly and butt, enabling delicate action and adapting to a wide range of lures from lightweight minnows to heavy sinking minnows and spoons. In addition, the blank incorporates [Spiral X] and [High Power X] to reduce wobble and twisting that cause power loss. This improves long-distance casting performance in open areas and the rod power to battle large trout.
