●Fishing Method, Field: Saltwater Lure (Shore) | The original body of the Aomono Catcher, which has a proven track record in various locations, is molded with a lightweight alloy. While maintaining the quick slide, the fall speed has been slowed down, resulting in a design that allows for a thorough presentation and enticing bites. By adopting a lightweight alloy, the body has been made one size larger than the regular Aomono Catcher, increasing its appeal to bluefin tuna that prey on baitfish. The weight was selected to a level where the reduction in casting distance and bottom-sinking speed that might be a concern due to the lighter specific gravity is not noticeable in test use. In addition, the assist cord has been made thicker than the Aomono Catcher, and the hook is also a thick-shank type, so it can be used not only in harbor areas but also on rocky shores depending on the situation.
