The KanNEXT Yugumo/Fuyugumo and etched parts set is back!
For those who are not satisfied with the finished model as is, or for those who want to achieve even more detail and pursue the delicate expression that cannot be achieved with a plastic kit, we have also prepared etched parts.

As restrictions of the disarmament treaty were lifted, the destroyers evolved into the Asashio-class and Kagero-class.
In 1939 and 1941, 19 Yugumo-class destroyers were built as an improved version of the Kagero-class.

This ship type was characterized by its D-type main guns capable of anti-aircraft firing, a bridge shape, and other features that were different from those of the Kagero class.
During the war, it was active in a wide range of roles, from escort missions to transport, which were different from the planned fleet battles, and all of the ships were lost in battle.

No painting required: Each part is colored with its own molding color, and some parts are colored with stickers to match.

No glue required: The parts are designed to fit together for easy assembly.
The mast is made into a separate part to represent the difference in shape before and after the radar equipment is installed.

The bridge structure is reproduced with special parts, with an enlarged bridge compared to the Kagero class.

The Fuun model features an additional 25mm machine gun and gun mount with special parts.

The rear part of the deck and the depth charge equipment also show the difference between the time of completion and the final version.

Bonus parts include an ammunition box that can be glued and placed anywhere you like to enhance the realism, as well as a precisely sculpted bulletproof plate.
