Released in 2000, "Sun" failed to garner much attention in their native France and abroad, excluding Japan. Following the release tour, the band went on hiatus. Leader Khan Mai continued to write songs, believing in success, even as she lived a semi-retired life in the suburbs of Paris. In 2012, Khan resumed recording. With the support of nearly 20 people, including his son, Davey Kim, Sylvie Tabarley, and Jean-Philippe Dupont, as well as Elva Acosta, who appeared on the previous album, Khan returned to the scene in 2013 with his miraculous new album, "Silence, Lyricism, and Infinity—Return of the Samurai." The finished work was titled "Return of the Samurai" as it was a new work based on Khan's concept of his first and second albums. He established his own label and released a limited run of 1,000 copies through his website in November of the same year. Of these, just under 100 copies were imported to Japan, and they sold out immediately, fetching a premium price. The entire album is filled with the dreamlike beauty of samurai residing within it, with tracks such as "One Day" featuring memorable harmonies and a melancholic melody reminiscent of the first and second albums, and "Come to Me" featuring a sweet keyboard solo and Sylvie singing powerfully against the backdrop of solid guitar. *UHQCD* E-style double paper jacket (with obi and song commentary in Japanese) Khan Mai (g, kbds, vo) Jean-Philippe Dupont (kbds) Sylvie Tabaray (vo) Davey Kim (g, kbds) Released and sold by Provided information (2026/01/29) Contents ・ Number of tracks: : 1
