Tackling a maximum gradient of 35.7‰ and the Ikoma Pass! The long-awaited 4-car version of the early Kintetsu 8000 Series, characterized by its electric fans, is now available! The Kintetsu 8000 Series was introduced in 1964 for the Nara and Kyoto lines. The earliest manufactured cars were equipped with electric fans, and their distinctive exterior features included roof-mounted ventilators. There were two-car formations and later four-car formations with an additional intermediate car, which were in service on the line until 2002. Currently, the 8000 series consists of vehicles that have been converted into other models and later models in operation. This time, we are producing a two-car formation with a transitional paint scheme featuring a distinctive paint change on the front. *Display stand not included. *By using a separately sold power unit and N gauge running parts, it can be run as an N gauge model train.
