This is a swimming minnow and a jerkbait. This first-of-its-kind minnow from WHIPLASH was created with the concept of "steady on the retrieve, acrobatic on the jerk" in mind, resulting from meticulous manual adjustments and extensive testing. It exhibits a steady, tight-rolling, flickering swim with a slight wobble on slow retrieves. At high speeds, the wobble increases, but it maintains its straight-line stability. Surprisingly, it's also quite tolerant of flowing water. When jerked, a vertical input produces a flashing, darting motion. A slight twitch produces a squirming, fluttering motion and a wriggling motion that makes the body appear to bend, igniting the predatory instincts of fish eaters. Designed to target even the toughest targets, the body is 1.1mm thick, 10% thicker than the standard. Each eye has also been reinforced and enlarged to accommodate slightly larger-than-standard split rings. A versatile minnow is a versatile lure that can be used for a variety of purposes and target fish. That's exactly what TBR aimed for: versatility. It's the ideal "all-purpose lure" that a minnow should be.
