・ Their 76th single overall! Five months after their previous release, their second single of 2025 is a double A-side single written and composed by Tsunku♂! This will be the last single for 12th generation member Akane Haga, who will graduate with the concert at Yokohama Arena on Friday, December 5th, and 13th generation member Reina Yokoyama, as well as 15th generation member Rio Kitagawa, who will graduate at the end of the year! This will be the first and last single with the current 11-member lineup.

・ The first limited edition A comes with a BD containing the music video for "Teka HAPPY no HAPPY!", a Dance Shot version, and making-of footage.

・First Press Limited Edition B comes with a BD containing the music video for "My Lamentazione," a Dance Shot version, and making-of footage.

・ The first limited edition SP comes with a BD containing alternate versions of the two songs as well as interviews with Akane Haga and Reina Yokoyama.

・ Regular Edition A includes one random trading card of the members wearing the costumes from "Teka HAPPY no HAPPY!": 11 solo member cards + 1 group card
