HASEGAWA 1/72 P-51D Mustang. HD25P51D Mustang Released in April 2024
[Product Introduction]
HASEGAWA 1/72 P-51D Mustang. The P-51 Mustang is a fighter aircraft that was developed in an astonishing 117 days under a contract signed by the British Aircraft Purchase Board with North American in April 1940. It was initially exported to Britain, but when the United States entered the war, it was adopted by the U.S. Army Air Corps, which was uninterested in the P-51. The D type is a model with a lower rear fuselage top surface and a rear sliding valve canopy to improve the rear visibility of the previous B/C types. The early model did not have a dorsal fin at the front of the vertical stabilizer, but it was added during production to improve directional stability. The reason why the Mustang is said to be a masterpiece during World War II has been proven in actual combat, but the secret to its excellence lies in its design, which is one step ahead of its peers, and its overall cohesiveness.
