当時気になってたのはセイコーのアストロンでしたが、アラビア数字盤の物がジウジアーロ限定しかなかったので、こちらを購入。時計屋で購入時に現物で61Eと52Fを比較してから買いたかったのですが、これまた展示品が存在しない…まぁいっかと注文しましたが、初クロノグラフこれまたバカデカいです。購入時に革ベルトに交換してもらいましたが、あまりにもベルトが分厚く血管を押さえつけるので、後日チタンベルトに戻してもらいました。このチタンベルト、長さの微調整が出来るので重宝します。購入前は、日常・仕事と壊れても良いつもりでアルバの五千円程度の薄い時計をしていましたが、61Eの重さに慣れていないせいか物凄く重く感じます。アルバは付けている事を忘れて風呂に入ってしまう事すらありましたが、61Eはサイズと重量による存在感の主張が凄いです。機能は、これいるの？ってぐらい付いてますます。ボタンの反応早いので色々いじって遊んでましたが、時間を見る以外個人的には不要なので初日以外は触っていません。休日に身に着ける程度なので、普段は置時計と化しています。腕が細いせいか、物凄く61Eが大きく見えるので付けて外を歩くと人目を惹きます。そもそも、今は腕時計よりスマホを見る人が多いですから、腕時計つけてる人自体が珍しいのかもしれませんね。銀のリングの主張が凄いので、購入後暫くは真っ黒の52Fとかの方が良かったかなぁ…と思う事もあります。時間が経てば愛着もきっと湧いてくるでしょう。
