HASEGAWA 1/48 A-7D/E Corsair II. The Ring Temuco Boat A-7A Corsair II is a carrier-based attack aircraft developed as a successor to the A-4 Skyhawk. To reduce development time and costs, design concepts and components from the company's F-8 Crusader carrier fighter were used. The A type was the first mass-produced type and was deployed to combat units in September 1967, and then developed into the BCE type, and the final model for the navy was rolled out in May 1971.
