[The 100th work in the series is a fire-breathing British tank]
The Churchill Crocodile is known as the only flame-throwing tank mass-produced in Britain during World War II. Developed based on the infantry tank Churchill Mk.VII, and equipped with a flamethrower nozzle in place of the forward machine gun. It towed an armored trailer with fuel and compressed nitrogen, and had a combat range of about 82 m when throwing flames. Approximately 800 tanks were produced during the war, and they were extremely effective not only for the British army, but also for the infantry support of the American army, which did not have flamethrower tanks.
