At the 2005 Tokyo Auto Salon, where glitteringly tuned cars gathered, the Nismo R34GT-R Z-tune was the one that attracted the most attention. is. It uses a 2.8-liter twin-turbo engine that generates 500 horsepower, a Sachs special suspension, brakes jointly developed with Brembo, and carbon parts for the body panels. To commemorate the 20th anniversary of the founding of Nismo, which is in charge of Nissan's racing division, this is the ultimate GT-R, limited to just 20 units, each one hand-built by skilled mechanics. The impressive body is realistically modeled, with heat exhaust louvers on the bonnet and front fenders widened by 15mm on each side. The complex-shaped front bumper with many air intakes is made up of separate parts. The 5-spoke wheels inspired by GT machines and the large diameter disc brakes are exclusive parts. The differential oil cooler and thick muffler end tighten up the rear view. The special 3-spoke steering wheel and rear damper damping force adjustment dial are also made into parts.
