　カジュアルなファッション時計は数本持ってるのですがお堅い職業ではないのでスーツに似合う腕時計は持っておらず近々身内の結婚式の予定があるので、フォーマルに合う腕時計を1本は持っておきたいと思って幾つか検討していました。　自分の中でカッコいいと思ったデザインの条件が、シンプルなバーインデックスで、針先が細くシャープで(これ見たいな細い菱形が一番カッコイイと思います)、日付表示も無しのシンプルな2針か3針のみの時計が良いと思ったので真っ先にこれが候補に挙がったのですが、ド定番過ぎて周りの人と被ったりしそうで幾つか選択肢がある場合はどっちかというとマイナーな方を好む性格なので一旦保留し、別の同じようなデザインのものをいくつか検討してました。　最初は3針より2針の方が良いと思っていたのもあり、スイス製のウェリーマークが良いなとか思ったのですが、私の腕周りを測ったら16cmと細いので、今後ビジネス/フォーマル用途で使う可能性も考えて出来るだけケースが薄くて小さい方が良いと思ったので、手持ちの腕時計とのサイズの差別化の意味でもデザインのカッコよさでも結局小さくて薄くてカッコイイこれがベターな選択だと思い、購入を決めました。　届いたのが夜で、たまたま部屋の電灯が切らしていたのでデスクライトを点けて開封したのですが、取り出した時計のバーインデックスと針にライトが反射してキラキラして、まるで宝石のように輝いて見えました。想像以上の良さでした。　実物を手に取ったら、思ったより小さく薄く、そして緻密です。正装＝長袖なので、袖に引っかかったり袖の形を崩さずに袖の下に隠れるよう出来るだけ薄い方が良いと思って買っただけに嬉しいサイズ感です。(逆に半袖の時＝クールビズ以外はカジュアルなので、　物足りない方はデカ厚の存在感がある好きな時計をすれば良いと思います)　秒針の細さなんて凄いです。髪の毛より細そう。それが文字盤の目盛りを寸分違わず刻む正確さは見ていて心地よいです。　開けてみた瞬間に分かる品の良さがあって、大満足です。耐久面なども信頼と安心のセイコーなので、もう言う事ありません。やっぱり定番になるだけのポイントが幾つも抑えられてるな、と思いました。末永く大事にしたいです。追記　これをきっかけにケースの薄い腕時計に興味が出てきて色々調べたのですがやはりこのドルチェのコストクオリティは素晴らしいですね。デザインの好みを抜きにしても、同価格帯の薄型と比べると5.3mmの薄さで3針、サファイアガラス、年差クォーツ(クロノメーター級の精度)、とスペックが頭一つ抜けてます。そもそも庶民が買える10万以下の価格帯で厚さ6mm以下のドレスウォッチ自体が数えるほどしか見つからなかったので益々気に入りました。
