HASEGAWA 1/12 Yamaha TZR250 (1KT). Yamaha TZR250 (1KT) is a 2-cycle racer replica released in November 1985. Because it was developed in parallel with the commercially available racer TZ250, it was the pioneer of a racer replica that was as close as possible to a racer, with features such as an aluminum delta box frame and a parallel two-cylinder engine with a crankcase reed valve. The popularity of the early model 1KT, which had performance comparable to commercially available racers and ease of riding, determined the popularity of racer replicas.
