The quality of the puzzle is pretty poor. The design and colors are beautiful. I had many different pieces that were broken, chipped, or pealed right out of the box. Something a little silly too, but the black shavings from the bag got all over the place when I opened it. They weren't very easy to clean up either(I'm still finding black little pieces in my carpet). Overall, it was a gorgeous puzzle, but the quality was poor.

I ordered 2 of the same puzzle so I can frame it when I was done and give it away as a gift to 2 different friends. When putting together the 1st puzzle there were missing pieces and I had to get those missing pieces from the 2nd puzzle so i can complete the 1st puzzle. Because I had to get the missing pieces from the 2nd puzzle I was not able to complete the 2nd puzzle and I will have to find something different for my friend. The puzzle itself was beautiful and looks just like the full picture on the back and if all the pieces were there I would have given it 5 stars.

I adore all of the Thomas Kinked Disney puzzles. My boyfriend and I are slowly working our way through them and puzzle-gluing and framing them as we go. They have a great mix of difficult pieces (sky and water) as well as easier parts like the characters. Nothing is TOO simple, you often come across pieces that you didn't realize were part of Cinderella's dress until the very end. It's a great puzzle and great quality.As these were originally much larger paintings, there is also the great bonus of tiny bits of detail and easter eggs that you won't see until you put the puzzle together.

I was looking forward to putting this puzzle together on my free time. Cinderella has always been my favoriteof mine as a child. This was the first time buying from this company. It would have gotten 5 stars because it is nicely done and nicely colored however at the end of your job you discover IT'S MISSING A PIECE

This puzzle has many pieces that are already torn right out of box. There is no picture inside. The picture on front of box is not entire puzzle. The back of the box has the entire puzzle but it is small. Would be able to accept some defective/torn/wrinkled pieces if it had a paper picture included to help put together.

Another beautiful Disney/Kinkade puzzle! I was happy to see that the box matches my other 750 piece puzzles (top shelf) and looks great with the rest of my puzzle collection. This was super fun to put together, I highly recommend! Only downside was there was no poster so I had to use the box as a reference.

I read a lot of reviews from buyers who received jigsaws with missing pieces, so I wanted to report that mine was complete. My only complaints about the jigsaw are that there is no poster for assembly included and a few of the pieces were dogeared and bent. I had the same experience with the Snow White Disney Dreams Jigsaw that I also purchased and just recently assembled. So the quality is about three stars but the beauty of the glossy picture is five, so I averaged my review to four stars.
