It was produced in the 2000 to 2006 specifications, which had black H-rubber, no cooler, and the "EF65" logo on the side glass.
Quick head mark is standard equipment.
"Goodbye Rainbow" and "EL & SL Usui" head marks are included.
It is recommended as a locomotive for pulling the 24 Series 25-type sleeper express "Ginga".
This product is based on the specifications from 2000 to 2006, when the train had black H-rubber, no cooler, and the "EF65" logo was also applied to the side windows.
The skirt with a snowplow is reproduced to match the actual train.
Cooler parts are included.
By replacing the lightning arrester that is already installed, the specifications from 2006 to 2009 can be reproduced.
The use of a slotless motor realizes smooth and quiet running.
Headlights light up (uses warm white LEDs.
The number plate is integrated with the car body and has the number "EF65 1118" printed on it.
The manufacturer nameplate has "Kawasaki Heavy Industries Fuji Electric" printed on it.
