Description (2,441 characters)
The new 12-series passenger car of the Japanese National Railways, which is essential for recreating various railway scenes, has been fully renewed and commercialized.
We have pursued the differences in form that can be seen for each series, so you can enjoy a more realistic 12-series passenger car.
In addition to formations consisting of only 12-series cars, you can also combine them with your own freight trains or 24-series passenger cars to recreate the express trains of the past.
The 12-series passenger cars were manufactured between 1969 and 1978 and are express-type passenger cars capable of a maximum speed of 110km/h.
The train was equipped with underfloor diesel generator-powered air conditioning and other features that rivaled those of electric trains and diesel railcars of the time, and served as the basis for the new passenger cars that were introduced later, starting with the 14 series.
JR West commercialization license pending JR Kyushu approval pending Product introduction The prototype is a train belonging to the West Japan area around 1980 (Showa 55)
No JR mark, stripes on passenger doors and front through doors, toilets reproduced in the shape of the sink pipes
The early 100 series is the prototype
Roof reinforcement, taillight on front end of brake van, through door window on brake van side without edge, mesh type cooler, large air intake on both sides.
H-rubber is reproduced in gray
Reproduce the handle of the side door
Reproduce the distinctive blue body paint and two white stripes
Snap-on trolley
Taillight on brake/emergency room side is on (with switch to turn it off)
The front end of the brake room is equipped with a body-mounted Arnold coupler, and the intermediate couplings of each car are equipped with a self-locking body-mounted coupler.
Replacement knuckle coupler included
The front hood frame of the leading section on the brake and emergency room side is reproduced in silver.
Parts are also included to recreate the front hood.
