TAMIYA 1/35 scale German heavy tank Tiger I type (Henschel turret).
[Appeared at the end of World War II, conveying the personality of the strongest tiger]
The King Tiger is a German heavy tank that appeared in 1944, near the end of World War II. It has a heavily armored body measuring 150mm on the front and 80mm on the sides, and is equipped with a Maybach H L230-P30 engine that generates 700 horsepower. The first 50 vehicles were equipped with a turret designed by Porsche, but the mass-produced version had an improved turret designed by Henschel. The main gun is the same 88mm as the Tiger I, but it is equipped with a 43-type tank gun, which has a 71 caliber and is even more powerful. It had the power to punch through 170 mm armor plate at a distance of 1000 meters. -King Tiger, of which 430 vehicles were produced by March 1945, was feared by the Allied forces for its powerful destructive power and defensive power. 1/35 scale, total length 294mm, total width 108mm. Modeled with a style equipped with a Henschel turret. The engraving of the welding marks also has a realistic finish. The turret escape hatch is movable.
