Description (4,265 characters)
Buggy Champ was Tamiya's first full-scale electric RC buggy and gained popularity around the world.
The Fighting Buggy, a high-performance version based on the Buggy Champ and equipped with more practical features, was released in 1982, and is now back in stock in response to enthusiastic requests from RC fans.
The basic structure of the distinctive suspension and drive system has been retained, but various parts of the chassis have been improved.
In addition, the realistic ABS resin body, reminiscent of the real buggy, features newly designed markings that retain the image of the time.
The roof is made of aluminum, and side nets are also provided to enhance the realism.
The main frame, which was made of 2mm thick FRP and duralumin plates, has been changed to 2.5mm thick FRP, and together with the 1.5mm thick mecha deck, it has a bold black finish.
Under the mecha deck is the compact LF1100-6.6V racing pack (M size) (sold separately).
Overall length: 410 mm. The photo shows the kit assembled and painted.
