Description (2,133 characters)
This product is based on cars belonging to the Izumo Passenger and Freight Car District around 1980 (Mani 60 is a car belonging to the Hamada district, and Suuni 61 is a car belonging to the Miyahara district).
A Sanin "night slow train" has been added to KATO's passenger train lineup.
Recommended locomotives for traction include the DD51 0 Warm Climate Type, DD51 Late Model Warm Climate Type, and the EF58 Late Model Small Window H-Rubber which has been seen during detouring operations.
The cars belonging to the Izumo passenger and freight car district around 1980 (Mani 60 belongs to Hamada district, Suyuni 61 belongs to Miyahara district) are now available as products. The first OhaFu 45 100 is now available as a product. The appearance unique to the former intermediate car, which was converted from Oha 46 into a brake van, is reproduced. The body color is expressed in grape color No. 2 for Mani 60 and Suyuni 61, and blue No. 15 for the others. The roof is gray, and the color tone is created differently depending on the car. The locomotive coupling side of Mani 60 and OhaFu 45 is equipped with a bogie-mounted Arnold coupler, Suyuni 61 is equipped with a KATO coupler JPA, and the others are equipped with a KATO coupler JPB as standard. The Mani 60 and OhaFu 45 come with a replacement knuckle coupler. The taillights of Mani 60, Suyuni 61, and OhaFu 45 light up (with a switch to turn them off). Car number notation, affiliation/capacity notation, and conversion notation are printed. For Ohanfu 12, the car number sign, the nickname "Sanin" sign, and the destination sign (for Izumo City) are printed on the car. For other seated passenger cars, only the destination signs are reproduced to match the actual trains. Destination sign stickers are included. *Railroad models are powered by the rails. No batteries are used even when running, illuminating, or lighting up. *Batteries are not included with this product. *No fuel is used with this product. *Fuel is not included with this product. *Paint is not included with this product.
