Even in shore casting, there is a ``finesse strategy'' to overcome the difficult problems of ``there are boils but they don't eat'' and ``they chase but they don't eat.'' If you are chasing small baitfish or the lure is too large for the target size, you can increase the chance of a bite by weakening the lure's silhouette and wave motion and attacking with finesse.
